Classwork 9-2-2015

Today we did a review of all the things we have learned in Chapter 1:

• vocabulary
• sentence structure
• articles
• word order
• differences in Latin and English
• parts of speech (nouns, verbs, and adjectives)
• cognates and derivatives
• translation from Latin to English
• translation from English to Latin

This was accomplished by completing seven activities on two worksheets.  These two worksheets can be found here.  On the first sheet (Quiz) we completed I, II, III, V, and VII.  The instructions for each section are explained on the paper.  On the second sheet (Applying) we completed Activity 1F and 1G.

We went over the answers in class to each of the exercises.

Reminder: we will be having our vocabulary quiz over the Chapter 1 vocabulary on September 4 (Friday).
